during "Nine and Five"period in china,whose nominal component is
Ti-15Mo-3Al-2.7Nb-0.25. Wider strength range can be achieved through
ageing,hence is one kind of ideal aerospace structural material.This subjiect of
study adopts the said material to substitute for 30CrMnSiA structural steel to
manufacture the welding assembly of the three casting structural component on
the upper frame of load-bearing frame 65 on the rear fuselage of some
aircraft(hence achieving to mitigate 15%~20% weight),notably improving the
structural efficiency of the aircraft.
